By using Genie you agree to these terms.

The Service

Genie uses AI to create advertisements and, at your request, publishes them on platforms you connect (Facebook, Instagram, Google). You review every ad before it is launched.

Subscription

The Genie plan costs ₹699 per month, paid in advance for each month. It doesn't renew automatically: you renew by paying again. Plan limits are shown on the pricing page.

Ad spend

Paid ads are charged by Meta or Google directly to your own ad account, separately from your Genie subscription. You choose the budget and duration. We are not responsible for platform charges, approvals or results.

Your content

You are responsible for the products, offers, photos and claims in your ads, and they must follow the law and the advertising policies of Meta and Google. Don't promote anything illegal, misleading or harmful. We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules.

No guarantee of results

We work hard to make good ads, but we can't guarantee sales, leads or platform approval.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the last 3 months.
