SAAS TECHNOLOGIES ("we") runs Genie, an online service that creates and publishes advertisements for businesses ("the Service"). This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone number and a hashed password.
• Business details you give us: business name, city, website or WhatsApp number, product and offer details, and photos you upload.
• Connected accounts: when you click "Connect Facebook" or "Connect Google", we receive access tokens and the IDs of the Page, Instagram account and ad accounts you choose. We use them only to publish the ads you approve and to read basic results.
• Payments: processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment status and reference, never your full card or bank details.
• Usage data: basic logs, and, if enabled, the Meta Pixel and Google tag on our public pages to measure our own marketing.

How we use it

• To create your ads with AI and publish them where you choose.
• To run your account, subscription and support.
• To keep the Service secure and improve it.

Ad content you submit is sent to our AI providers (for example Anthropic and OpenAI) only to generate your ad text, images and voiceover. We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing

We share data only with the services needed to run Genie: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, Razorpay, our AI providers and our hosting provider, or when required by law.

Your choices

You can disconnect Facebook or Google anytime on the Connections page, and you can ask us to delete your data (see Data deletion). Contact: skumar.ca2007@gmail.com.
