Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete your Genie account and all related data at any time.

1. Email skumar.ca2007@gmail.com from your registered email with the subject "Delete my data".
2. We delete your account, business details, generated ads, uploaded photos and stored Facebook/Google access within 30 days, and confirm by email.

You can also remove Genie's access yourself: on Facebook go to Settings → Business integrations; on Google go to myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party connections. Payment records we must keep by law (for tax purposes) are retained only as long as required.
